David Kass is the founder and managing member of Richmond Business Advisors.  He has enjoyed a 30 year career as a business executive, is a CPA, and received an MBA in Finance from Emory University.  He has founded, financed, and run four small businesses; made angel investments in several start-up ventures; founded and ran a $100m merger arbitrage hedge fund; and served as the Chief Financial Officer
of an asset management firm.  He started his career as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche.
